Common questions

Is anything in Fizzmo alcoholic? No. Every recipe is alcohol-free.

How do I watch a recipe being made? Open a recipe and tap Watch it made. The glass empties and every step pours in 3D. Tap the glass to skip a pause.

How does "Treat a friend" work? Pick an occasion, add names and a short note if you like, and send. Your friend gets a link and watches the drink pour itself in any browser, no app needed. The drink and the note travel inside the link; we never receive them.

How do I pour in the Lab? Hold an ingredient to pour, release to stop. Switch between Mix in and Layer on top to stir it in or float it as a band.

The glass moves when I tilt my phone. That is the tilt effect. Turn it off in Settings > Tilt with your phone.

I bought Fizzmo Pro but it is locked. Go to Settings > Restore purchase. Make sure you are signed in to Google Play with the account you used to subscribe.

How do I cancel? Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Fizzmo. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it.
