These terms govern your use of Fizzmo ("the app"), published by Hugo Software. By installing or using the app you agree to them.
What Fizzmo is
Fizzmo is a recipe and entertainment app for alcohol-free drinks. Every recipe in it is non-alcoholic. The 3D glass shows how a drink is made; the colours and amounts it shows are an illustration, so always follow the written amounts.
Food safety
Check every ingredient before you use it, especially if you have allergies or dietary restrictions (for example dairy, nuts, caffeine or sugar). Take care with hot drinks. The recipes are general suggestions, not medical or nutritional advice.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app.
Your content and links
Drinks you create and notes you write are yours. They are stored on your device, and "Treat a friend" links carry them inside the link itself; we never receive them. You are responsible for what you write in a note and for who you send it to. Do not use links to harass anyone or to share unlawful content.
Free features
The app is free to download. The free tier includes 14 recipes with the full step-by-step 3D player, the fridge finder, the Lab with three glasses and basic garnish (up to three saved creations), the first Rush Hour shifts, and unlimited "Treat a friend" links.
Fizzmo Pro subscription
Fizzmo Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription. It unlocks all recipes, every glass, garnish and rim in the Lab, unlimited saved creations, every Rush Hour shift, party mode (scaling a recipe) and drink cards (saving a drink as an image).
- Plans: weekly, monthly or yearly. The price of each plan is shown in the app and in Google Play, in your local currency, before you confirm.
- Free trial: new subscribers get 3 days free. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged. Google Play emails you a reminder before the trial ends.
- Renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- Billing: payment is charged to your Google Play account; all payment processing is done by Google Play.
- Cancelling: cancel any time in Google Play > Subscriptions. You keep Pro until the end of the period already paid for.
- Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
Prices may change. If a price changes for an existing subscription, Google Play notifies you before charging the new price.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Google Play under its own refund policy. If you believe you were charged in error, contact Google Play support; you may also write to [email protected] and we will help where we can.
Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue features of the app. The app is provided as it is at any given time.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hugo Software is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data stored on your device. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms; the current version is always available at this address.
